Vorderkaiserfelden hut

The Vorderkaiserfeldenhütte is located at 1398 m, and offers one of the most beautiful views in the Kaisertal. There are a variety of nice family-friendly hikes or climbing tours that start here, or the Kaiser tour can also be started from the Vorderkaiserfeldenhütte. The hut offers 2 cosy lounge rooms with carved wooden beams and rustic tiled stove, 30 beds and 50 dorm beds. You can even reach it easily in winter, as the paths are wide and cleared. Winter is also perfect for company events or families. We're happy to organise a varied and delicious buffet, or customise the menu to your needs. The kitchen offers regional, seasonal and fresh hut delicacies all year round. And after a refreshment it's no longer a problem to climb a peak or two. Accessibility: You can climb up directly from Kufstein Sparchen, via the Kaiseraufstieg (with a wonderful view over Kufstein), which starts with a series of stairs and then leads to the Vorderkaiserfeldenhütte in about 2.5 hours, via a wide path. Or you can take the shaded "Musikantensteig" (musician's climb) from Ebbs, which starts at Café Zacherl and takes around the same time.
